O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd Respondent herein Viz. The Inspector of Police, H3 Tondiarpet Police Station, Chennai, to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner herein on 08.09.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.463 of 2015 before the second respondent.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
