This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file charge sheet in Crime No.379 of 2019 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.
3. Ms.A.S.Neela Narayani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the First Information Report in Crime No.379 of 2019 has been closed as Mistake of Fact on 07.10.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. The above statement is recorded. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the considered view that no direction is to be issued.
