O R D E R

The petitioner/wife, who is the petitioner in I.D.O.P.No.117 of 2014 on the file of the District Court, Tiruvallur, has come forward with this transfer petition to transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Chennai. 2.There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner/wife.

However, the learned counsel for the respondent/husband submitted that he has no objection to transfer the petition in I.D.O.P.No.117 of 2014 as sought for by the petitioner.

3.Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel for the respondent, I am inclined to order transfer. Accordingly, the petition in I.D.O.P.No.117 of 2014 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of the District Court, Tiruvallur and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Chennai, for disposal in accordance with law. The Presiding Officer, District Court, Tiruvallur, is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to I.D.O.P.No.117 of 2014 to the file of the Family Court, Chennai within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
