This Application has been filed to condone the delay of 360 days in paying the court fee.

2.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority, Chennai within a period of two weeks.
