Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that further action has been dropped, and the first respondent Police have yet to file a closure report before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate. Therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the respondent in Crime No.2 of 2019.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
