This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the resopndent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.1781 of 2024 dated 16.02.2024 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court and charge sheet also filed.

3.Considering the said submission and the final report is filed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.

However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court hearings regularly without fail.
