Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents herein to treat the candidate/petitioner who have completed Higher Secondary Course prior to 2015 and was sponsored through CENTAC for Engineering course and joined the First Year Engineering course in 2016-17 as having satisfied the condition No.1 in G.O.Ms.No.17 Secretariat (Higher Technical & Education) Puducherry dated 13.06.2017 and allowed the petitioner to participate in the Selection Proceedings for consideration of candidature for admission to First year MBBS in any of the Medical College through CENTAC for the year 2017-2018 and grant the petitioner admission under appropriate quota as per his NEET Ranking for the year 2017-2018.
