ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The present writ miscellaneous petition has been filed to extend ordinary leave for a period of further three months to the petitioner's husband.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that the application seeking premature release of the prisoner is under consideration on the file of the Government. The process may take more time and therefore, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has no serious objection for extension of interim bail already granted by this Court in WMP.No.752 of 2025 dated 09.01.2025.

3. In view of the fact that the respondents seeks time to dispose of the premature release application, we are inclined to extend the interim bail for further period of three months (3) months on the same conditions as imposed in W.M.P.No.32898 of 2024 in W.P.No.30212 of 2023 dated 18.10.2024.

4. Accordingly, this Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of. The interim bail is hereby extended for a further period of three (3) months from 18.04.2025 till 19.07.2025.
