This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5684 of 2024 dated 18.03.2024 on condition to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police monthly twice, i.e. on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, without fail.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
