O R D E R
This petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.64 of 2015 from the file of the Sub Court, Ranipet and transfer to the file of the Family Court, Chennai.
2. The petitioner is the wife and respondent is the husband. The marriage between the petitioner and respondent was conducted on 22.09.2011 as per Hindu rites and customs. A female child was born on 28.11.2013 in the wed lock. Due to dispute, both of them are living separately. The respondent filed H.M.O.P.No.64 of 2015 for restitution of conjugal rights, on the file of the Sub Court, Ranipet. The petitioner filed M.C.No.492 of 2014 seeking maintenance before the III Additional Family Court, Chennai.
3. According to the petitioner, she and her minor daughter are residing at her parents house in Chennai. Hence, it is difficult for her to attend the Court at Ranipet. Therefore, she prays for transfer of H.M.O.P.No.64 of 2015 from the file of the Sub Court, Ranipet, to the file of the Family Court, Chennai.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Though the respondent entered appearance, there is no representation for him either in person or through counsel.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.64 of 2015 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of the Sub Court, Ranipet and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Chennai and tried along with M.C.No.492 of 2014. The Presiding Officer, Sub Court, Ranipet, is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.64 of 2015 to the file of the Family Court, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
