ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 2nd and 3rd to take necessary action against the respondents 5th to 8th for collecting money, taxes from the general public in the premises said to be owned by the petitioner.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there is a dispute between two groups over the land and they have advised the parties to approach the Commissioner, HR&CE Department.

3. In such view of the matter, this Court cannot exercise its jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to find out who is having right to collect such money. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to approach the Commissioner, HR&CE Department.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
