The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for an alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b) and 306 IPC in Crime No.139 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case, as if she abused and defamed the deceased in front of her family members. He is ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that, when the defacto complainant along with her family members went to temple festival, the accused abused the deceased and asked her to commit suicide. gd 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the matter is under investigation, this Court is of the view that this case needs detailed investigation and not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
