When the Tr.C.M.P. was listed on 20.10.2017, the learned counsel for the petitioner represented that he would withdraw the Tr.C.M.P. and sought for pass over of the case. Subsequently, when the Tr.C.M.P. was again called on that day, the learned counsel for the petitioner was

absent and hence, this Court directed the Registry to list the Tr.C.M.P. for "withdrawal" on 30.10.2017. When the Tr.C.M.P. is taken up for hearing today (i.e. on 30.10.2017), inspite of the Tr.C.M.P. being listed in the caption "for withdrawal", there is no representation for the petitioner.
