This petition has been filed seeking a direction, directing the 3rd respondent to register the F.I.R on the complaint dated 21.03.2020.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner she was issued CSR No.206 of 2020 and a detailed enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 21.03.2020 itself.
