Crl.M.P.No.6238 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.4841 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.4841 of 2023 dated 06.03.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police everyday at 6.30 p.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 6.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4841 of 2023 dated 06.03.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police on 1st Saturday of every month at 6.30 p.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
