This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to hold an enquiry and take appropriate action against the 3rd respondent under section 151 and 152 of Police Standing Order and to direct the 2nd respondent and 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The prayer as framed by the petitioner is not maintainable under Section 482 Cr.P.C., inasmuch as, no directions outside of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, can be granted.
