Prayer :- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 r/w 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C. praying to modify the condition "To sign daily before the Udumalpet police by 10.00 a.m. until further orders" imposed by the Hon'ble Vacation Judge, Tiruppur in Crl.MP.No.1064 of 2022 dated 26.05.2022 in Crime No.110 of 2022 on the file of the respondent.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed for modification of the conditions imposed by the learned Vacation Judge, Tiruppur in Crl.M.P.No.1064 of 2022 dated 26.05.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that while granting the Anticipatory Bail, the Court below ordered the petitioner with a condition to sign daily before the Udumalpet Police Station. Further, submitted that the petitioners are residing 90 km away from the Udumalpet Police Station and also the second petitioner is aged about 64 years old women, whereas, they are facing hardship to travel all the way from their residence. Hence, they filed this modification petition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition viz., report daily before the Udumalpet Police by 10.00 a.m until further orders to 'the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police for a period of two weeks by 10.00 a.m.'. However, thereafter, they are required to be present as and when, if required for interrogation. Except this modification, all other conditions remain intact.

4. Time granted by Court of Vacation Judge, Tiruppur in Crl.MP.No.1064 of 2022 dated 26.05.2022 is extended till 20.06.2022.
