Johnson, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the second respondent. With the consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself. 2.
Considering the limited scope of the relief sought in this writ petition, it is not necessary to issue notice to the private respondents viz., respondents 4 & 5, at this stage. 3.
Noticing that no action has been taken pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 09.10.2014, wherein, it was brought to the notice of the official respondents that illegal constructions were made by fourth and fifth respondents on the public road, creating obstructions and nuisance to the public, the instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for a writ of mandamus to the official respondents to consider his aforestated representation within a time-frame.

Regard being had to the nature of the relief sought in this writ petition, we are not inclined to make any observation in respect of the merits of the case.
