The above petition is filed to amend the cause title in respect of the 3rd respondent in the petition and affidavit in WP.No. 2087 of 2025 and WMP.No. 2451 of 2025 as the Sub Registrar of Madhukarai, Coimbatore District instead of the Sub Registrar of Singanallur, Coimbatore District and also issue the amended Order dated 28.01.2025 passed in WP.No. 2087 of 2025 and WMP.No. 2451 of 2025 incorporating these amendments 2.Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. 3.The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and issue amended order copy to the parties.
