The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.No.17860 of 2020 dated 09.12.2020.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that already the service connection has been given to the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that only a temporary connection has been given and commercial tariff has been imposed against the petitioner.

4.The grievance that has been expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner cannot be gone into in this Contempt Petition. It is left open to the petitioner to agitate the issue separately in the manner known to law.
