ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.12261 of 2020 dated 27.02.2024, by imposing maximum punishment.
2. The learned counsels for both sides submitted that an Enquiry Officer has been appointed and he initiated the enquiry as per the directions of this Court in the order passed in W.A.Nos.1654 & 1655 of 2024 dated 07.11.2024 and the same is pending. Even in the said order, it has been agreed by the parties that they will cooperate for the enquiry.
3. Since the enquiry and the Writ Appeal are pending, further orders that can be passed in the contempt proceedings can be only Page No.2 of 4
depending upon the outcome of those pending proceedings. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed.
