2. Both learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the respondent submit that the rejoinder arguments are yet to be heard. Learned counsel for the applicant points out that learned Arbitrator requested parties to seek extension of the mandate by one year from 31.03.2026.

3. Considering the aforesaid, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by one year from 31.03.2026. The application is allowed on these terms.
