ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 19.03.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.30918 of 2022, thereby directing the respondent to award one mark to the petitioner for question No.102 and if the petitioner is coming under the zone of consideration, consider the case of the petitioner for selection to the post of PG Assistant.

The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and the petitioner has been provisionally selected to the post of PG Assistant on 12.08.2024. He also produced a copy of the order dated 12.08.2024 before this Court.

Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed.
