3. The learned Deputy Official Liquidator has brought to the notice of this Court that he has already been discharged. In O.S.A.No.139 of 2018 and C.M.P.No.8355 of 2018, the Division Bench of this Court on 23.04.2018 has sets aside the order dated 21.12.2016 passed in Company Petition No.302 of 2014 by considering the Joint Memorandum of Compromise filed on 23.04.2018. http://www.judis.nic.in
