Prayer in Tr.CMP.No.524 of 2015:Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1906, praying to withdraw the petition in GOP.No.387 of 2014 pending on the file of Family Court, Pondicherry and to transfer the same to the Family Court, Trichirapalli.

For Petitioner : Mr.V.K.Vijayaraghavan For Respondent : Mr.S.Karthick Ganesh C O M M O N O R D E R Petitioner/Husband has filed Tr.CMP.No.523 of 2015 seeking transfer of GWOP.No.33 of 2014 on the file of Principal District Court, Madurai, to the file of Family Court, Trichirapallai and filed Tr.CMP.No.524 of 2015 seeking transfer of GOP.No.387 of 2014 on the file of Family Court, Pondicherry, to the file of Family Court, Tiruchirappali.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner. Learned counsel for respondent informs that he has no objection to transfer the petition in G.O.P.No.387 of 2014 to Madras.

3. Considering the said submissions, this Court directs transfer of GOP.No.387 of 2014 on the file of Family Court, Pondicherry to the file of Principal District Court, Madurai to be tried along with GWOP.No.33 of 2014.

In the result, (i)Tr.CMP.No.523 of 2015 shall stand dismissed. (ii)Tr.CMP.No.524 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as above. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
