Crl.M.P.No.11755 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.26673 of 2018 Crl.M.P.No.11755 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.26673 of 2018 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J.

The petition has been filed seeking to extend the time for a further period of six months to file final report in Crime No.8/AC/2018 on the file of the Vigilance and Anti Corruption, Krishnagiri Detachment, as directed by this Court in C.M.P.No.4194 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.26673 of 2018 dated 21.03.2019.

2. When the matter was listed on 21.08.2019, on the submission made by the Counsel for the 2nd respondent / defacto complainant, this Court had directed the Registry to tag Contempt Petition No.138 of 2019 along with this petition.

3. Perusal of records shows that Cont.P.No.138 of 2019 is not connected with this petition. Whereas, Cont.P.No.1338 of 2019 is the actual petition which is connected with this case and it is seen that the Cont.P.No.1338 of 2019 has already been closed by order dated 08.11.2019. Hence, Registry is directed to de-tag Cont.P.No.138 of 2019 from this petition. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/
