The present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.8890 of 2019 dated 08.09.2023.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. In a connected Writ Appeal emanating from the order of the learned single Judge in a similar writ petition, the respondents have moved before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave Appeal C.13876 and 1388 of 2021. The Hon'ble Supreme Court had directed that the contempt proceedings shall be kept in abeyance. The contempt petition stands closed, however giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh contempt petition after final orders are passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. 13.11.2024 Index : Yes/ No dpq
