sms 2.When the matter is takenup for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that in this case, investigation has been completed and final report also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ariyalur and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.231 of 2023 on 15.05.2023.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
