ORDER
Seeking permission to carry out the repairs in the underground water pipe line of road comprised in S.No.238/2, 208 situated at North Shankaramanallur Village, Maduthukulam Taluk, Tiruppur District, the petitioner made a representation on 28-07-2015. As the same has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

Considering the limited prayer sought for, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the representation dated 28-07-2015 on merits and in accordance with law, and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
The writ petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No costs.
