This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in P.R.C.No.02 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Villupuram, pending trial, quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that this Criminal Original Petition is filed challenging the P.R.C.No.2 of 2021 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Villupuram. He further submitted that now the case has been committed to Sessions Court and was taken on file as S.C.No.83 of 2022 before the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, FTC, Villupuram.
