In All the WPs For Petitioner : Mr.J.William Shakesphere For Respondents : Mr.S.Diwakar, Additional Government Pleader COMMON ORDER All the writ petitions have been filed based upon the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petitions that the petitioners' business is being interfered with by the respondents.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that there is no such interference as alleged by the petitioners. It is further submitted that as long as the petitioners do their business lawfully, the respondents would not interfere with the same.

3. Recording the above said stand of the learned Additional Government Pleader, the writ petitions stand disposed of accordingly.

However, this Court will not stand in the way of taking appropriate action in the event of the petitioners indulging in any unlawful or illegal activities. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
