The plaintiffs are the applicants in this application and they have filed this application to include some of the properties which belong to their family.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection to allow this application and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and in view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this application is allowed. The learned counsel for the plaintiffs is directed to carryout the amendment and also file a amended copy of the plaint before this Registry on or before 10.02.2017.
