This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner in respect of CSR.No.34 of 2018 on the file of the Sub-Inspector of Police, Aliyar Police Station, Coimbatore Rural District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. On a complaint given by one P.Nagammal, petition enquiry in CSR No.34 of 2018 is pending. Under such circumstances, no blanket order of 'not to harass' can be granted. However, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the police during the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

course of enquiry in CSR.No.34 of 2018 and he shall not be harassed.

With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
