PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the respondent pertaining to the impugned order bearing reference Annamalai University Order No.108/2021 (C3), dated 17.06.2021 and quash the same, consequently direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner in his service with full back wages, continuity of services and all other attendant benefits.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and also undertakes to file a memo to that effect.

Recording the submission and the undertaking given by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent for subsistence allowance if he is entitled to as per Rules. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
