Prayer in W.P.No.22640 of 2018 : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 from in any manner interfering with the stage carrier permit in Ref.No.CT/STA-5/RENL/PR-446/2017-18, dated 19.02.2018 issued by the third respondent for a period from 23.04.2018 to 22.04.2023 for the vehicle bearing No.KA-01/B-3138. The prayer sought for in these writ petitions to forbear the respondents 1 and 2 from interfering with the Stage Carrier permit issued by the third respondent for the period from 26.05.2018 to 26.05.2023 in W.P.No.22639 of 2018; and 23.04.2018 to 22.04.2023 in W.P.No.22640 of 2018, has already become infrucutous, as the period of permit issued to their respective vehicles got expired long back. Accordingly, both the writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
