ORDER

The petitioner is the husband. The respondent is the wife. The respondent / wife filed H.M.O.P.No.441 of 2013 on the file of the III Additional Family Court, Chennai seeking divorce. Subsequent to that, the respondent / wife filed another petition in M.C.No.617 of 2013 before the II Additional Family Court, Chennai seeking maintenance. Hence, the petitioner / husband has filed the present transfer CMP to transfer H.M.O.P.No.441 of 2013 now pending on the file of III Additional Family Court at Chennai, to the file of II Additional Family Court at Chennai to be tried along with M.C.No.617 of 2013.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondent / wife submitted that he has no objection for transferring H.M.O.P.No.441 of 2013 to the file of II Additional Family Court at Chennai to be tried along with M.C.No.617 of 2013. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition.

3. In view of the same, the transfer CMP is allowed and the learned III Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai is directed to transfer the petition in H.M.O.P.No.441 of 2013 pending on her file https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the file of learned II Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai to be tried along with M.C.No.617 of 2013. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
