Prayer: This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of mandamus directing the respondents herein to grant the right to collect empty bottles and sell eatables in the Bar attached to Shop No.8721 situate at Door No.3/810 comprised in Survey No.27/4B Chennerkuppam Village Poonamallee Taluk in favour of the petitioner on a monthly licence fee of Rs.1 22 500/-.
