ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition para no.7(b) to report before the respondent Police every day at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter first and third Saturday of every month at Page No.1 of 4

10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed in the order dated 20.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.31828 of 2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31828 of 2024 dated 20.12.2024 is relaxed.
