ORDER

Seeking issuance of the patta, the petitioner made a representation on 01-08-2014. As the said representation has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

It is the specific case of the petitioner that though the Society in which he is a member has become defunct, in view of the fact that the petitioner and others have been in possession of the property for many number of years, a request has been made, which is pending consideration. Therefore, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent may be directed to pass appropriate orders by taking into consideration the request made in the said representation.

Taking note of the pendency of the representation and without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 01-08-2014, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No costs.
