(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 10.07.2020 for the offence punishable under Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012 (POCSO), in Crime No.03 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that apart from the offence registered under POCSO Act, the case has been altered to provisions under SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. He would further submit that the case is now been investigated by the Additional Deputy Commissioner of I.U.C.A.W. Unit and that the petition for bail has to be filed before the Special Court dealing with the offence under the Provisions of Atrocities Act. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
