Though notice was ordered in the petition, as early as on 06.08.2015, till today, batta has not been paid. Even on that ground, the transfer petition deserves to be dismissed. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 23.10.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter on 24.10.2017 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today (24.10.2017), when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner either in person or through counsel.
