Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus Calling for the records sequel to the circular issued by 3rd respondent in Circular No. 2997 / KDC - UD / Odd Sem Fees / 2020-2021 dated 05.08.2020 and to quash the same and consequently to direct the respondents to waive the odd semester fees except tuition fees for Academic Sessions August 2020 November 2020 with grant of sufficient time for the students to pay the same For Petitioners :
