(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 30.07.2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 454 and 380 IPC @ Section 380, 414 and 454 IPC, in Crime No.569 of 2019, seeks bail.

Heard the learned counsels and perused the materials placed on record.

Taking into consideration the facts and submissions made by the learned counsels and the antecedents of the petitioner and in view of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.13528 of 2020, this Court is not inclined to grant bail. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
