On the ground of financial difficulty, the respondents have come up with an application for extension of time. The application was filed on 24.04.2024 and the respondents are praying for six months time from 24.04.2024. But considering the nature of relief prayed for and it is only the payment of terminal benefits upon retirement, this Court feels that in the interests of justice instead of six months, four months time can be extended.

Therefore the pensioners/respondents are granted extension of time till 25.08.2024.
