and V.SIVAGNANAM, J.
This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 780 days in filing the above appeal.
2. Heard Mr.Ma.P.Thangavel, learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants and Mr.M.J.Vijayaraaghavan, learned counsel for the second respondent and perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that the petitioners have not given sufficient cause for condoning the delay.
4. However, considering the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also taking note of the submissions made by the learned counsel for both sides, the delay is condoned. It is made clear that the petitioners/appellants are not entitled for interest from the date of judgment and decree till the date of numbering the appeal.
5. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post for admission on 25.11.2021 by printing the name of Mr.M.J.Vijayaraaghavan, learned counsel for the second respondent.
6. With the above observations, this petition is ordered. [M.K.K.S, J] [V.S.G., J] pvs 22.11.2021 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
