Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the modify the 2nd condition para 6(b) that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- Rupees (Twenty Five Thousand Only) as non refundable deposit to the credit of Chief Education Officer, Krishnagiri District, imposed on the petitioner by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.10732 of 2021 order dated 22.06.2021 in Crime No.134 of Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.ARUN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to modify the conditional amount imposed in the order dated 22.06.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.10732 of 2021.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is very poor and that he is not in a position to deposit the conditional amount and prayed this Court to modify the amount.

3.Heard the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the amount imposed on the petitioner in the order dated 22.06.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.10732 of 2021 is reduced from Rs.25,000/- to Rs.10,000/-. The conditional amount is accordingly modified.
