ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to direct the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruvallur to dispose of Transfer O.P.No.315 of 2022 as expeditiously within the time frame by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition and taking note of the fact that the Transfer OP No.315 of 2022 is pending from the year 2022, this Court directs the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruvallur to dispose of Transfer O.P.No.315 of 2022 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
