ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.4924 of 2025, dated 25.02.2025, that the 2nd and 3rd petitioners shall report before the respondent police on Monday and Thursday of every week at 10:30 a.m., until further orders and the 1st petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.4924 of 2025, dated 25.02.2025, that the 2nd and 3rd petitioners shall report before the respondent police on Monday and Thursday of every week at 10:30 a.m., until further orders and the 1st petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation until further orders is relaxed.
