O R D E R

The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 09.05.2021 for the offence under Section 174(1) of Cr.P.C. and later altered to under Sections 120(b), 294(b), 323, 302 of IPC in Cr.No.1494 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that A1 in the case borrowed money from deceased Premkumar. When the deceased and his family members demanded money, A1 and the other accused conspired together, took the deceased in an Auto and committed murder of the deceased and thrown the body of the deceased into a Well. The petitioner is arrayed as A3 in the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that earlier, the petitioner approached this Court by filing Crl.O.P.Nos.10214 and 10722 of 2021 and this Court vide order dated 14.06.2021 and 22.06.2021 respectively, dismissed the said petitions.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and since there is no change in circumstances subsequent to the order passed in Crl.O.P.Nos.10214 and 10722 of 2021, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
