The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents herein to remove the petitioner's name from the History Sheet maintained in the 2nd respondent herein based on the petitioner's representation dated 13.04.2023

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate ( Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that petitioner's representation dated 13.04.2023 is available with the respondent and it would be considered appropriately at the earliest opportunity.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.04.2023 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order in accordance with law.

4. With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
